Sugary (albeit c-c-c-old) Reunion in South Africa

We left Singapore’s balmy 91F for chilly Johannesburg, a windy 30F when we arrived at 6:30AM. My temp sensitive wife was not pleased with the swing :-). Greg Sugar, who had endured us for the Cambodia, portions of Thailand and the Burma legs of our trip rejoined us.

We quickly made our way to the mall to procure suitable coterie. We managed to view some wildlife, even in Jo’burg as our accommodations – aptly named the Animal Game Lodge – had a couple of ostriches on the property.
